gonorrhea causes gonorrhea, bacterial vaginitis is a whole other ball of wax.

I guess its possible. Bacterial vaginitis is cause by an imbalance in the bacteria of that area. Since gonorrhea affects that area it could cause the pH to change, thus allowing the bacteria to grow in the wrong proportions.
