There are many medications available for asthma.
But the one that is most effect for EIA (exercises induced asthma) is short-acting beta2-against bronchodilators e,g, salbutamol/ventolin.
You should take 2 - 4 puffs 15 min before exercises, this will allow it time to work they work rapidly (within minutes) to open the breathing passages. They relax the muscles of the breathing passages, dilating the passages and decreasing the resistance to exhaled airflow, making it easier to breathe.
You can then if necessary take it when exercising to relive symptoms.
You may need a preventer in the long term if sympotoms are not well contolled

There are many medications that can help your condition, from attack devices (like an inhaler) to preventative medications that lessen the likelihood of an attack. All of these must be obtained by prescription though, so seeing a physician is a must here.

I do know that there is a home remedy that works well. If you drink a glass of water every day with a teaspoon of tabasco sauce in it you lessen your likelihood of an attack considerably. In the case of an attack with no medication at hand, eating something spicy or hot can help you (even a bit of black pepper) as the body's response to the hot food or spice can help to counteract an asthmatic reaction.
