Eat something, a piece of candy if that's all you have close by. Then go to the doctor for a blood glucose and help stabilizing the blood sugar. Take your insulin along with you and tell them how much you injected of what, and what you have eaten. It's better to have your sugar levels high than too low- easier to correct. So eat and go, better yet, eat on the go.

You need to drink some orange juice with sugar in it and then eat something high in protein like cottage cheese, cheese and crackers or crackers with peanut butter etc. Do NOT go to bed until your blood sugar is stable and if you have someone who lives with you let them know what happened so they can check on you at times if they wake up.

Get orange juice and drink it . Orange juice will raise your sugar up so that you would not go into a hypoglycemic state.

Eat something sweet to ensure you don't go hypoglycaemic and next time check before you inject. :)
