I'm going to visit my gyno on Monday and unfortuantely have to take a STD test. So can anyone tell me what to expect? Thank you?

It's not bad at all.
They'll want to give you a pap smear and they'll also want to get a blood and urine sample from you.
At my OBGYN they gave me a paper that had STD tests ordered on it. I had to take it across the street to a lab and have them take a blood and urine sample from me.
Some doctors offices will do the work there, and others will send you to a lab to get the blood and urine samples.

If theres any bumps on your genitals, they will take a q-tip type thing and swab them. You will get a pap smear and get an internal swab, which does not hurt.
They might have you take a blood test to look for any HSV or HPV viruses.

If you have ever had a pap smear it is no different. The GYN will take a swab of your fluids and your done.

most std they take some blood from ur arm others like warts they have too see them to diagnose
