I want to throw my husband a 60th birthday party in August and I've decided that finger foods will do quite well. What are some good ones, hot or cold? Meats, or veggies, or fruits, whatever. Thank you all in advance.

I work in a service deli my favorite is called a highroller
Mission tortillas(not store brand they crack)
cream cheese (any kind of creamy cheese flavored or what ever u prefer)
provalone cheese
thin sliced turkey breast
thin sliced ham
lettuce (geen leaf)
tomatoes (sliced)
you spread the cream cheese on to the tortilla all around, then layer the other ingrediants on top then roll it up then cut into bit size pieces (slice) should make pretty round circles you lay on a tray and serve.

Mini quiches are the best! And yes, pigs in blankets too.
A great fruit dip that everyone always loves is 1 container of fluff blended with 1 container of cream cheese.... sounds strange, but its always a hit.

Shrimp cocktail is always a good one.
Use nice sized shrimp and marinate them if you can?

A good dip (albeit not very healthy) is to blend a package of cream cheese with a jar of fluff? With fresh strawberries it is awesome!

Mushroom puffs
Burgundy Beef patties (size of 50 cent piece)
Hot Cheese Tartlettes

i really like deviled eggs and those little hot dogs wrapped in bread. if you'd like it to be a little nicer, any type of seafood would be nice, like shrimp, or even for a more exotic appeal, sushi.
