No he will not fail his drug test due to spermicide. Spermicide could of been left over from a sexual encounter hours earlier. The only way he will fail it is if your urine was dirty and/ or if they tested it for temp at the time it was collected.

yes he will fail it the reason why is as soon as he gets the piss test done they check the tempture right there with him and watch as well fact. in my opion?

Liz is right. Plus most places now have someone watch to make sure your not using someone else's piss.
