My mother-in-law makes sweet potato chips! They totally rock. Baked sweet potatoes with cinnamon and sugar with melted butter. Totally awesome!

We like ours sliced, put in a bag, add Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning, shake, lay on baking sheet lightly greased with Olive Oil and bake until done.

Oh, that sounds so good. Thanks for the suggestion. That would be great with a side of veggies and maybe a small piece of chicken tonight. Added bonus is that they are so much healthier than their white or red potato cousins.

LOVE them - I top mine with a mixture of butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg & raisins.......Goes great with ham or other pork!!
