Fly on commercial jets when you were told not to?

If he fully understood the seriousness of the disease he has and that it is contagious, I think what he did was, at the very least, highly irresponsible. If other people are infected because of what he did, I'll bet the government files charges against him. If he didn't infect anyone, he'll probably skate.

I heard this on the news this morning, but didn't catch all the details. He should not have gotten on a commercial plane to fly back to the US after he was informed he had TB. But, it is scary and expensive to be sick in a foreign country. I would certainly want to be in the USA if I had TB.

Ok, I just heard the full story on the radio. Turns out he knew he had TB before he even left the US in the first place on his honeymoon. In that case, he was extremely irresponsible and selfish in his actions. I think he should be charged with endangerment, at a minimum, due to the position he put all his fellow passengers in. If I had been sitting next to him on one of those flights and now found myself in the position of wondering if I have TB and having to go get tested for it, I would be angry beyond words.

I think that everyone who was exposed to him on the flights should be gathered into a room and allowed to kick him until he was cured.
