A "Rogan Joosh" lamb, mutton or beef curry prepared in the "Moghlai style" i.e. with cream and toasted ground almonds added at the end.
Served with chapatis or fresh naan, a nice mixed dahl and a side of Aloo Jeera (potatoes cooked with cumin, ginger and chili.)
(it must truly be a global world, I am a Canadian of British descent living in Mexico and I make this meal for my family at least twice a month............)
