Regular exercise increases your metabolism.
Eating small meals every 2-3 hours - aim for 5 meals a day
Eat more protein - the body needs more energy to break down protein so it raises the metabalism to break it down effectively (hence why people on the atkins diet lose weight!!)
Green tea can help raise metabolism.
Build more muscle - weight training programme 3 times a week to start. Body needs more energy when you have more muscle so your metrabolism is higher

When I first heard the name of it, I thought she was crazy. The diet is called The Asian Noodle Diet. I gave it a shot and lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks and the food was really good. weight training, eat smaller portions every 2-3 hours, sleep soundly. go for a walk after your dinner.
