I'm a teacher and did 12 months as youth staff with P&O Australia (a subsidiary of Princess Cruises).

Not sure what age children you teach, but if you have a Bachelor of Education or similar early childhood qualification, Princess will allow you to work in the youth centres. You should also have an up-to-date first aid certificate.
