I guess it depends on age and health. The older one gets and the more their health starts to decline, the more you should worry about it.
I take the approach of having as much fun as possible while I'm here and trying not to worry about much because it could all end today, tomorrow, next week, or any time in between. There is likely nothing you can do about your ultimate demise, so why worry?

If you're religious and a person of faith then you are very afraid of death. Fear of death is the cornerstone that all religions are built upon. Fear of death is the controlling factor of all religions. You want to hear a host of reasons to fear death? Talk with christians.

Fear of death is only that, fear of the unknown.. You should be aware that death does happen and it is a process of life. To move on to a better existence. If you fear all of the unknown then your life would be filled with paranoia and you would not be able to move ahead . So it is with death. But don't be afraid of death it only happens to most of us once in this lifetime.

Only enough to get you through the day. Don't let the prospect of death haunt you because, let's be honest with ourselves, you're GOING to die, no way around it. But don't go through life as if nothing matters. Worry about your own survival, but try to make the best of it in the meantime.

You shouldn't really be afraid of death. I'm more afraid of the way I'm going to die one day, but I'd rather not think about it. Concentrate on how to live rather and make the best of it, that way you don't have to be afraid of dying.

Not at all.
Ecclesiastes 9:5 - 'the living are conscious that they will die but the dead are conscious of nothing'.
It would be like being afraid of sleeping.
Maybe you could be afraid of not waking up again?!

You can't go anywhere when you die, you'd have to be resurrected to eternal life to live on. If not then to the final judgement and annihilation where you're burned and eaten by worms alive! Don't worry, you won't remember after that because you won't exist.

hey...i think you are broken.....
well whatever the reason is....
listen...live your life....there r so many things that you can do, so many chances for you to laugh and feel good, so many things you can experience..
look death is bound to come......i want you to be happy when it comes, accept it with your arms open......and at that time there should be a broad smile on your face and a satisfaction inside that.........."""yes i've done it, achieved my thing and solved my porpose of survival,,,now come you ***** n take me"....
listen...when we are born, only we are crying and rest of the world seems to be rejoicing..so make it a point that when you die only you are laughing and the world is crying......
the world should bloody miss you...

We all should be afraid of death. Those who are not are the ones who have lived their life poorly, they have nothing to lose.

believe in god and trust him, try to have comminion as much as u can, of course u should be baptized first. go to ur priest and confess ur sins, regret it from ur heart,u`ll then feel releaved and will never fear of death, but instead u`ll be happy to join all saints and to be there in god`s presence.
Jesus is the only way for salvation.
God Bless
