I've accidently messed up my sent folder - want to see who I sent the email to, the subject, size and date but at the moment its just showing displaying the date sent and size. Please please help as I desperately need to find an email I sent to a person and this is driving me mad.

Thanks in advance x

Open outlook, click on your "sent" folder. At the top, open the view tab, click on view, arrange by, custom. In th epop-up click on "fields" then add any of them you want. If you want to rearrange the order, click on the field in the box on the right and hit move up or down, whichever you want.

I suspect that you have moved the segregation bar down to the bottom of the screen/window.

Move your mouse pointer down to the bottom of the window, just above your task bar, (if you have one), it will change to a double arrow, hold down the left button and “pull” the bar up. Now when you highlight the message you will see the original content in the bottom half of the window.

Hope this helps.

On the top menus, choose VIEW / COLUMNS and tick the one you like to show again
