i would say she is a solid 4. Her being from santa monica doesn't help either (unless she is rich). Chances are she is into organic food and legalizing marijuana. Also being 40+ and having a myspace is not a seductive quality for females to have.

Every woman has her inner beauty. It is almost impossible to tell from one photo if a woman is "hot".
I don't think she is bad looking at all - don't think it's a good picture (too many shadows) but if you think she is hot that is all that matters right?

she is not hot, but she is a women, and she is not horrible looking, its not like her eyes are popping out of her head and has a mustache
