there is a guy i love i want him back, but it shows that he moved on realy easily and forgot all about me, i can'tr forget him what should i do???????

you need to, you cant just be in a relationship with someone whos not interested.
i say stop thinking about him and other people and relationships in general. do the whole "embracing" of single life.
find the things you like to do and "get involved" like you were in high school. soon youll be having fun and when the time comes you may just meet someone else who has a lot in common with you

He probably hasn't moved on easily, nobody ever moves on easily, the question is was he moving on while you were together (was your relationship that dysfunctional - if so then you could get over somebody while they are still technically there.)
If he has moved on... then all you can do is communicate your feelings, and see if he responds... be ready for him not to however, and if that is the case then you owe it to yourself to move on as well.
It will be hard, and yes it will suck but you gotta do it for you if for nothing else. Remember that you are a woman who deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, please I beg you, don't settle for anything less.

Surely there is a very strong reason you broke up. Its true that you miss what you no longer have more than when you had it. Try and focus on other things for a while, maybe have a girls weekend away. If you think it can work with him, be honest about your feelings and if he doesnt care, move on.

You have to let him go. If you can see that he has moved on then where are in his life now? Try to moved on as well. Pick up the pieces and dont cry and look back over spilled milk.
Try to indulges yourself into several activities. Go to the parlor, gym, go for shopping, go out with friends, talk to your mom and cry out to her what happened. Make yourself busy.
