I just read an answer that basically said "There is 0 proof that God doesn't exists, therefore he exists".
So here's your challenge. Without resorting to "there's not proof that he doesn't exist", give some evidence that your god exists.
Additionally, please tell me why your god exists but all the other gods that "existed" previously are now considered fictional.
Cheers.

One more request - no Biblical passages ~ they really can't be considered as proof.

Yeah I know this is a common question, but I don't believe I've asked it yet. Or at least for a while.
Gotta love predictability huh?

Just as a quick fail-safe: Please don't say anything like "look around you, it's obvious" cause it's no more obvious that everything fell out of the sky last Saturday.

The "You don't exist" counter - are you 12 years old or something. can you not defend your beliefs better than that?
And the baby scenario ~ how does that prove God when thousands of babies die in such situations?

Matthew T: My mother and father created me. I did not need to seek them for they were already there. And I do not believe that gods exist so why would I look for one? It is not that I do not want to seek. Do you see NASA scouring space looking for Heaven? I think not. Your argument is based on the idea that all faith is inherently religious, and that is your flaw.

Abel: And I suppose anyone who doesn't believe in Santa is just in denial huh? Unlike theists (like yourself apparently) I can tell the difference between fiction and non-fiction.

Atheists are really theists. Subconsciously they accept the evidence God exists. They are just in denial. That is the conclusion of many people who have studied atheists and atheism. I was a Eucharistic Minister for 7 years. I gave communion to the sick and the dying. Never did I encounter a so-called atheist who did not ask for a priest in a life-threatening situation.
Albert Einstein, the most intelligent man the world has ever known, became a theist through his scientific discoveries. Einstein's theories have been thoroughly proved and verified by experiments and measurements. But there's an even more important implication of Einstein's discovery. Not only does the universe have a beginning, but also time itself, our own dimension of cause and effect, began with the Big Bang. That's right -- time itself does not exist before then. The very line of time begins with that creation event. Matter, energy, time and space were created in an instant by intelligence outside of space and time.
About this intelligence, Albert Einstein wrote in his book "The World As I See It" that the harmony of natural law "Reveals an intelligence of such superiority that, compared with it, all the systematic thinking and acting of human beings is an utterly insignificant reflection.
"He went on to write, "Everyone who is seriously involved in the pursuit of science becomes convinced that a spirit is manifest in the laws of the Universe--a spirit vastly superior to that of man, and one in the face of which we with our modest powers must feel humble.

I have no proof that God exists or doesn't exist. You cannot test a faith through scientific methods. The only thing I can show you is my own experience. I have, as I've said before, many times been moved in services through someone's words, a sermon, even an email or instant message conversation as God is directly giving me a message. I have been sent into tears by words that God has given to me. I have been moved by prayers. The only proof I can give you is that God has touched my life for the better. You can choose to believe it or not. That is your choice. As far as other deities, I do not think anyone has a problem with saying ancient gods and goddesses from Roman, Greek, Norse, and Egyptian cultures were not actually in existence. But, I'm sure someone around here believes in them. I beleive in worshipping the creator of the world. If there are other gods, I do not believe they are the creators of the universe. I worship the creator.

Yeah, a new question deserves a new copy of one of my standard answers:
What is REALLY difficult to understand is why so many mean-spirited people (apparently like yourself) find it necessary to attack the beliefs of others?
Does your attack make you feel big? smart? superior?
See ref link 1 below.
If the believers are wrong, so what?
If they do you no harm, so what? (and don't try to rely on the cause of wars argument, it's old and out of date).
On the other hand, if they are RIGHT you might be in for some serious agony / grief either after your death or after the next spiritual leader arrives.
Anyhow, (you are correct) an answer that has been recorded in literature for at least 1,000 years is that God isn't hiding or hidden - he/she/it is acting right before your eyes right now and every moment.
However, especially in your case, maybe 'hiding' in plain sight is too subtle for people lacking sensitivity or faith (not the same as belief).
If you think this doesn't apply to you, answer an age-old question: where does the thought you just thought / experienced / had come from?
When you can seriously and accurately answer the question about the source of thought, you will not ask the question about proving the existence of God. Guaranteed.
Another good answer is given in reference 2 below.
Source(s):
Fictional gods? No, ideas must be explained in terms of the audience and the understanding available thus even the same phenomenon can be explained differently to different groups or at different times.

I give witness that God is.
God is spirit, but you want me to use the scientific method of proving only with the five external senses that he exists? Come on.
By the way, I don't think the other gods are fictional. I just think they are incomplete experiences of the same God.
Okay, so, without resorting to any times that you have interacted with people and it has been recorded, prove that you exist... if you automatically rule out a book which presents times in which God interacted with man then of course you are going to get the result you want.
By the way, I also think that the argument that no proof that God doesn't exist means he exists, is just as silly as yours.
Cheers. Don't forget your umbrella.

That's not the issue. There is zero proof, for example, that life exists outside of this earth, yet we're spending a lot of money to search for that life IN FAITH that it exists. What that shows is that we are willing to go on faith when it is important to do so.
One day you will die and both you and I think it is possible that your Creator will ask you why you did not seek Him. You will answer there was no proof and He will answer that if you really wanted Him, you would have sought Him.
The only God that is relevant is the God who created you for it is He who asks you to seek Him.
In response to your comment:
I use the word "create" as to be the designer. Surely your parents did not design you. If they really did, you should ask for your service manual.
