Indian law is permitting this and such secretaries also are getting respect in society. Why secretaries, even other females are doing this. Some small screen celebrities too are seen in this catagory. In this matter the aggrieved wives are left with no remedy or financial and emotional support. Even society ridicules them for not being able to keep their husbands in their command! Indian law gives right to a husband to sue a man who entices away his wife. In fact men never use this right as they are earning and can afford another wife for their kids if their wife runs away. But Indian law does not allow a wife to sue the female who entices away her husband. In fact she needs this remedy as most of the Indian wives are housewives. They have no money of their own. If a husband walks away with other female, these females are left with no house, no money and liability of children to be looked after. This question is purely in social interest. sweetie, i don;t understand why you and religion and the whole chauvunistic culture love to portray men as the hapless fools who were lured by temptress women etc. These men/bosses you are talking about, are they children? Can't they say no, i do not want to go on the road with you, i have a wife? It is a BOSS and secretary relationship you are talking about right?
Comeon the men may have even seduced the secretaries. They are not victims they are adults who can choose which way they want to go. Its time men start taking responsibilies for their action. The whole "Eve gave me the apple" thing is so yesterday
Also this is why women (wives or not) should have a life of their own seperate from their husbands, afterall their husbands do. Have a career, a job, and share domestic duties so that if any of you decide to go your seperate ways, the other is not left high and dry.

BUT the problem is the man who is willing to give up his wife and kids for a young piece of a s s.
Dosent say much about his MORALs
The Indian soceity is male chauvanistic and its about time it was changed, cant you women go on a No RIGHTS-No SEX strike.
