need help , a letter got the judge?

petition letter for the judge , but my english wasnt good so anybody could help me? some thing have to be added in (i turn in my self , im now pregnant being a mother i dont wish my child born inside the jail . so please help me

Appeal your case based on newly discovered to overturn the decision so that you will be relased from jail considering that you are pregnant. The appeal must be meritorious in order to be entertained by the judge.
