Kittens have a very sensitive stomach, if you change food often this will give them diarrhea to the point of bleeding. Get dry food but make sure it has only one kind of meat in it, this will stop the poops

We had a kitten with same problem. Don't feed kitten food. It causes gas and diarrhea. (Vet told us that) Special kitty is not a good food. 1st ingredient should be meat. Try Iams. My cats' stools are always solid and consistent. She has been on Iams since she was a kitten. 5 years now.

She sounds like she may have giardia or some other common internal microscopic or bacteria parasite. Its common and unless left untreated, easily cured, and will require a vet visit. Please address this as soon as possible, internally, cats are pretty fragile and dehydrate quickly with diarrhea and lose condition. And that can turn a $30 vet bill into $300 real quick. A simple stool sample will tell the vet
exactly what she's dealing with.
Go soon please.

You 'd better not to feed her hard food coz it makes severe the disease. Feed the sugar solution to prevent dehydration. The more the better. It is OK to feed it soft food like bread.

Please take your kitty to the vet. DO NOT give it Pepto Bismol, it will kill the cat!!! Never give Kitty human medicine. Check out these two web sites
