There is nothing wrong with sleeping on the floor provided you are able to do so. In my case I have been sleeping on plane floor without any matress during summer for the last 15 years or so and I have not faced any problems and in fact enjoyed the coolness of the floor during the summer.

There are nothing wrong with sleeping on the floor. Long ago the people did sleep on the floor. And there were no negative effects. I heard that sleeping on the floor or something hard is very good for your back. Matress and beds are only there for our comfort. You don't sleep on a matress and i don't sleep on a pillow. It's the same thing. As long as it is comfortable for you it won't harm you.

No, no lasting negative effects.
Beds didn't exist until we invented them - before that people lives in cots and on rush mats. I've spent the odd night on a friend's floor. I might be a bit stiff and achy in the morning, but that quickly passes. just make sure you have something to support your head if you lie on your side (that could cause spinal problems coz your back should be as straight as possible).
Consider the Japanese, they traditionally used futon and head-block.

Sleeping on bare floor, especially on concrete, weakens the lung. So avoid it not to contract pneumonia.

Depends on your living conditions. There may be bugs on the floor, dirt, dust, food, liquid of any kind, etc.
Don't forget germs.
