doctor told me i had it years ago so painfull. but can't seem to find a lot of info on it.

YES I HAVE IT AND it is awful..do you have it in your face??? Because I cured mine from an online site..If so you can put your hands (th etops of your hands) under your chin and slowly push as you slowly open your mouth..you resist the pressure ..that works for me

it is spelled differently neuraligia..they have a good homeopathic remedy for it at standard homeopathic that you can order online

it is called spigelia anth and i get 30c

heat pads also help and stay out of the wind..wear a hat or scarf or both good luck

There are many different categories to neuralgia. One example is one they call postherpetic neuralgia. This kind of neuralgia occurs because of things like Shingles (which comes from the Herpes Zoster virus) as one example.

It can also be caused by an injury such as if someone has surgery.

I have neuralgia issues due to nerve damage so I empathize with you and would recommend a consultation with a Pain Management dr if you haven't had one already.

I had this a few times. It is a very painful condition. It is a trapped nerve caused by inflammation or a infection. I had mine in my jaw. You can get tablets from your doctor for it.
