Both sound correct and quite natural to me although I suspect that true pedants (i.e. someone who is even more pedantic than I am) would insist on "help us to improve".

Help us to improve would be correct. I believe. The word to is used as an adverb to describe the action of the verb improve.

I'm as pedantic as all get-out, and I think "help us improve" is better.

Fowler's says that "to improve" is preferred in the UK and just "improve" elsewhere, but that both are long-standing and both are in use everywhere.

Both are correct. "Help us improve" is more of a modern-useage and less formal. "Help us to improve" is slightly archaic and more formal.
