how to make them bigger n when will they stop growing

The thing is, you can't really make them bigger once they've stopped growing, unless you gain weight or get implants.
And check the size of your mum's breasts, and any females (aunts for example) on your dad's side. If all of them have small breasts, chances are you will too. Genetics runs in the family, as I once heard!
I don't know when they'll stop growing - probably sometime soon-ish. Ask your mum when hers stopped growing, perhaps?
Look, I'm sure that if you're naturally small-breasted, that's what looks good with your body shape. I'm sure you're beautiful, no matter what size your bosom is! :)
And if you want bigger breasts that badly, they make very good padded bras. I know that probably wasn't what you were looking for when you asked what could make them bigger, but give them a go!

Don't listen to the people who say "genetics".
My mom was a B/C cup, I ended up being a J cup until my reduction to a C cup. SO it is NOT all genetics.
You've got plenty of time to grow, you can grow into your 20's.
Big breasts are NOT all that. I had some major back issues with a J cup.
What size are you now? I'm pretty sure you are a perfect size.
Do you know lots of guys do not like implants? They love real boobs. Just look around on yahoo answers and other websites, they'll tell you the same thing!

honey embrace them...i have a small breasts myself and i used to complain until i noticed how much of a hastle it is for people that have big breasts there are so many styles that we small breasted grls can pull off easily so embrace them... the Victoria's Secret Very Sexy Push-up bra selection is great for creating a clevage and giving them shape when u wear shirts, dresses etc. Believe me i couldn't b happier with my size i'm a 32A

Genetics are a funny thing.
Don't wish for big boobs hon, they give you back ache and you can't go braless EVER!!

look .... not a big prob ... but ... u shud hv asked this question ... when u were 14 ..... theres a exercise to expand the size of ur bust .... i cant explain it ... but i ll try to explain ... move your arms to ur back ...continuesly ... or the simplest thing to do is ..... start wering a padded bra ....
