you certainly have your share of troubles. The best way to lose weight is through "weight watchers" it's the most sensible diet program and you can do this in person or through the internet. It will give you a great deal of information on what to eat and support. You definitely need a lot of support. With your health situation do not even consider a surgical procedure on the stomach. The surgery could kill you. you have to take a new approach to life and know how much better you will feel when you have the weight off of You.
The supplement chromium is remarkable for helping cut your appetite and it helps with diabetes. Take one tablet three times a day with meals, after one week you are going to find you don't want to eat very much.
For the pain apply a heating pad twenty minutes at a time and afterwards massage an analgesic cream into the painful areas. If you can get someone to massage your legs that would really help increase your circulation and reduce the pain.
If you have any further questions please let me know,

4 the pain-
I have fibro and the following helps me. You can either cut down a towel or use a hand or dish towel. sew the three sides like your making a pillow, put inside long grain rice as a filler. Only enough to fill 1/4 to1/3 (or more if you'd like) of the inside. Finish sewing up. Now you can either place in the freezer for 20-30 min + or stick it in the microwave for seconds to minutes until the temp you want. The rice bag will hold the temp for quite a while and will mold around your body. Great for any pain or discomfort and will last forever as long as you don't get it wet. Good Luck!!!

Speak to your Doctor please. If you are ready to make a commitment to a healthier lifestyle they can help you. See a nutritionist, especally because of your diabetes. See if your health ins will cover physical therapy to help you get moving. In 2003 I weighed 362 lbs, was borderline diabetic. I started a diet, and exercise (not an easy feat with 2 bad knees). I think I was proud of my self for walking up and down my hallway 6 times without stopping. You can do this but you need the help and support of your doctors, your health problems will make it harder, but not impossible. I'm down to about 200 lbs now, it's taken 5 years, my blood pressure and cholestorol are normal, no more borderline diabetes, and I feel better, my knees hurt less, and the best part, I'M HAPPIER! I still have 50 lbs to go and still have to work at it, but I refuse to give up, no matter how long it takes.

I can only give you one tip, from my field, which is sleep medicine. Many obese people also suffer from sleep apnea due to excess tissue in the airway blocking breathing during sleep, which ruins sleep quality. If you feel like you can't get any rest and if you snore, you may want to ask you doctor about a sleep study.
What I've noticed over the several years I've been doing this is that when people have apnea, it tends to sap their energy, which means they don't feel up for exercise and it keeps spiraling from there.
It's a painless test, as is the treatment, and could really help you out. Apnea is one of those underlying problems that tends to make everything else worse. Lack of quality sleep leads to everything from weight gain to depression to heart problems. Check around on the Internet for more info on sleep apnea, or email me if you have questions. There's a good chance it's affecting you due to your weight.
Sorry I can't help with the other things, I just don't have any specific knowledge on chronic pain. Good luck, and don't give up hope!

Are you at the instant at paintings now? Or are you at living house? in case you're at living house, you should be relaxing and doing a splash respiration exercises to help with the discomfort. attempt to no longer use the pc as frequently different than in case you're working at a activity. you are able to desire to additionally call your doctor and enable him/her comprehend that it somewhat is affecting you this way. For the obese section, i choose for to recommend eating extra vegetables...in case you are able to with your diabetes. Get a superb style of restful sleep. once you wake....attempt to stroll for atleast quarter-hour to initiate. or vacuum, or take out the trash...only circulate for atleast quarter-hour at a time to initiate out. verify you do respiration exercises.
