I have an ammended return to send however I do not know where to send it. HR Block who done it for me have not let me know where to send it to. They just said to send it where I filled it but I done it online with them. Thanks in advance for any help

If Block did an amended return, there would have been a cover sheet on your copy with the correct mailing address for the return. If they didn't include that, just ask for it.

The IRS has a number of offices that receive tax returns from specific geographic areas. Call the IRS and ask them. They will provide you with the correct address for submitting your return.
