Use google to find a men's fitness magazine and use their online routines. Trust me, if it were easy to get that big, we would all be bodybuilders. It's hard work to build muscle and it will take you a while to even see a difference, let along be "big". Don't worry about getting too big, at your level of health education it's not going to happen. Good luck!

First, you're confused. Buidling "muscle mass" means adding size. You want to sculpt the muscle without building mass. Lift small weights, many reps. Vary your grip to build the small support muscles that add definition. Limit carbs and fat. No refined sugar, just brown rice and wheat in small amounts. Load up on proteins.

dont eat junk food go on a healthy diet exercise a lot for about 1-2 months and go for a run at least 1 or 2 a day for about 3-5 months

getting big doesn't happen by accident it takes years of hardcore dieting to grow massive muscles. many males that weight train religiously will spend the entire life attempting to get big but like for most the diet holds them back from achieving the gains that the desire
