ITS CHEAPER AND EASIEST TO JUST PAY THE TICKET UNLESS YOU HAD OTHERS AND ARE FACING POSSIBLE SUSPENSION

YOU CAN TRY TO FIGHT IT GET A LAWYER PAY HIM A FEW THOUSAND AND MAY STILL HAVE TO PAY TICKET AND COURT COST YOU WILL LOSE OUT EITHER WAY

Lot of people either don't stop or roll through stop signs. Pay the ticket. Even you don't know!

The people I hate the most (I wish I had rockets on my vehicle) are those who are entering traffic on an Interstate and don't know they don't have the right-of-way. They think they can just pull in front of a vehicle doing 65. I suppose most expect the person to switch lanes. but it doesn't happen that way. They are all irresponsible at Yield signs, have no clue about right-of-way, and endanger everyone. Then there are the idiot highway designers who make it even worse. They put an off ramp a few hundred yards ofter an on ramp. Talk about numb people!

No Excuses, just pay the $40 fine! It will cost more to hire an attorney for just a moving violation $150-$300 an hour for court appearances.

I don't think most people realize what could happen if they go through a stop sign. My son and I had a car totaled and injuries due to a guy who went through a stop sign. We hit him head on being he went through the stop sign. I missed work, had to wear a tens unit later just to go to work and my son has a messed up back.

I think they need to make this a criminal traffic offense. so....pay the ticket!! Please stop at stop signs that are just as important as stopping at a red light!

You could go to court and say you thought you stopped. The judge might reduce the ticket just for the fact that you showed up, they do that a lot.

Pay the ticket and take responsibility for your actions. You can't do a rolling stop so in the future, make sure you come to a complete stop before going.

You're toast dude! You have an experience, trained, professional traffic cop's word that you blew the sign. And you are the untrained, inattentive, driver who isn't sure if he stopped or not.

You're the judge, you are you gonna believe.

Nope. Just pay the ticket. If you try to fight it and his vehicle was equipped with surveillance equipment, you'll be screwed. Just pay the dang ticket!
