I've always wondered why it takes a "normal" person so long to lose weight, when movie stars seem to lose it overnight. I realize they hire personal trainers but there's gotta be more to it than that. Does anyone know of an exact diet regimen or training schedule they use?

how do the stars do it? there livelihood depends on how they look so it would appear that their motivation is greater than the average person. there are no magic training routines or diets, there never have been and never will be.

the diet ultimately determines the shape of the body the cleaner/healthier the diet the faster the results of exercise will be seen, it is that simple. getting people to change their diets is probably one of the hardest things to do this is why when you go to any gym any where in the world very few people male or female have low body fat percentages enough to have a visible 6 pack with out flexing.

I design diets for professional athletes, bodybuilders and some movie stars and they pay handsomely for the diets that I provide for them. they follow the diets to a "t" and they all get the results that they are looking for. exercise only provides the stimulus the nutrients from the diet provides (or doesn't provide) the body with proteins, carbohydrates and fats that the body needs to function at optimal levels of effeciency

if you exercise regularly and at a high level of intensity and are not seeing results, the problem lies in your diet.

Sure...I lost 50 lb in 5 months....mainly by diet...and a little light exercise.

First thing in the morning a 1.5 mile walk
Breakfest - 1 fried egg, 2 slices of turkey on 2 margerine buttered pieces of whole wheat toast.
Mid Morning Snack - 1 carton/can (whatever you call it) of strawberry yogart
Lunch - 3 slices of turkey on 1 piece of whole wheat bread or a can of tuna, apricots, strawberries, blueberries, chocolate pudding, apple sauce, raisins, granola bar, mix it up every now and then
Afternoon Snack - South Beach Diet Bar (my fav is the chocolate peanut butter)....yummy
Dinner - Either a chicken breast or soup and salad, my dessert was an ice cream bar (sinfully delish).

oh yea - I completely eliminated caffiene from my diet (no coffee or cokes), I replaced the pick-me-up drink w/ a morning walk, and I drank water, alot of water for those 5 months.
First thing home from work, I walked 1.5 mile again.

I just kept at it for 5 months. I lost 20 lbs in 1 month, 30 lbs in 2 months, 40 lbs in 3 months, 50 in 5 months. I've kept it off too. Just watching my portion sizes.
Now I have a cup of every now and then but I don't over do it like I use to.
My diet was basically a high protein, low carb diet of my own making. I really didn't follow anybodies diet at all. I did go to this dietician (she had a free seminar as I'm cheap) and she recommended the high protein diet (lots of turkey, chicken, tuna) Eliminate or reduce sodium intake (water retention).
Read the labels.
If I could do it, an yone could do it. Now I'm slim, trim and feel great, weigh what I weighed in college.

Yes, I know the secret to it. It is called the camera lense. You would be suprised what a camera and a computer could do together. It can shave off pounds, add pounds, take away all acne marks. Don't base yourself on the stars until you see them up close. You will then realize that they have the same problems that all of us do.

Lots of cocaine, sleepless nights, no eating, and tons of cardio with a hired professional.

Good luck! :)
