"SALUS" is the word preferably used by Latins to mean the health of ones body. You can find it in the locution "Salus corporis salus anime" meaning "The health of the body is the health of the soul". The word "sanitas" can have the same meaning, even if less used than "salus", while I think that the word "salubritas", suggested in a previous answer, is rather to be referred to the good quality of the ambience and not strictly to body's health.

sanitas, atis = health. As Srbo said "Mens sana in corpore sano". Also you can look in other Romance languages for support:
French: santé
Romanian: sănătate
Italian: salute
Spanish: salud
salubritas, atis = health condition
Although they are quite close together I would opt for the first.
The suggested [ = whole, intact] is rarely used with the meaning of health, good physical condition and frequently with the meaning of salvation, escaping danger, keeping one's life.
