that actually depends on how you mean that you are harrasing people. if you like to give people a bad time in a joking manner and like to have fun, and as long as the people that you are doing it to are having fun then i say no. if you are harrassing people by calling them and stalking and being mean, then i have to say that you might need some anger help or some therapy to get over things. harrassing people gets you no where by in trouble with the police and with other people. i hope this helps a little
