What American city has a.) the worst drivers and b.) the rudest drivers?

It's my opinion....I think it depends on where you are and where you are from. If you are from Chicago and you go to the south (say for college ) and you decide to drive around the countryside, and happen to come upon 2 old farmers stopped in the road (one going east and one going west) having a chat, they would then be the worst drivers, but the rest of the locals would understand and wait. I am from the south and understand, my husband is from Chicago and he would lay on the horn. lol So i think you could apply that to any area, all over the world. you would have to learn the local mannerisms of driving to know a bad one from a really good one.

I recently read a study where they said Miami had the rudest drivers.
Everyone will have their own opinion though:)
