One which will help me take dialogues and the music along with it from different videos and then separate the dialogues and music separately..So that i can use the audio alone for some other editing works..Please mention free and paid softwares separately..

You can try Audacity, and use a filter (hi-pass or lo-pass) but it'll likely NOT separate cleanly.

your going to have a really hard time finding freeware that can do that much. Check www.download.com and search for a audio editor but GL with that.
For "paid" (meaning you can pay for it unless you pirate it) sofware try Adobe Premier
