I can't believe how RUDE people can be. Slim-Fast does work if the program is followed correctly. I personally think that a sensible diet would be more effective than the Slim-Fast diet. So did I.

I think it depends on your body. If you need to balance your sugar levels, then no, sugar busters or low carb. Slim fast contains sugar, so really it just depends on what type of diet your body needs. Oh, by the way, I reported the guy with the first answer, you should too.

Yes, it will work if you use it with a sensible food and exercise program. For example, a Slim-Fast bar for a pre-workout snack is fine.
