I can find out how I have to do for to change language. All your explanations are in english. Please tell me in french what I have to do.

Sorry my answer is in English. My French is not to good. But you can scroll down to the bottom of the page that you are looking at right now and you will see 'Answers International'. Look for France alongside the Frech Flag. Perhaps this may be very useful to you. I have seen people ask questions in English on 'Answers International' and receive answers in the particular langauge on those sites. If that's what you're looking for try it out. Good luck.
P.S. Sometime I check the Q and A for studying different languages, and I have learned a lot. If I don't know how to ask in any particular language, I ask in English. You will be surprised how many people will help you. English is pretty much the dominant language in the world, and most people don't need to learn other languages unless they are moving to ore living in a certain country or working with people who don't speak English. I have lived in eight countries and learned a good bit of every one of their languages. You gain a lot more respect tha people who won't learn the local language and for me every time I go back to the U.S. and I meet people from those countries, it really makes them happy, and I make a lot a friends. They often ask, "Why do you speak my language?" and I tell them, "why limit myself to just one language just because it is the world language, there are so many languages spoken in the U.S. now and it's a lot of fun.
