I relatively have an 18 twelve months previous and we've been all 18 at sometime and 15, yet I agree a sentence like this is exceedingly heavy. i want to have faith that if a woman, 15 or sixteen and above is prepared and participates, she is to blame for her movements besides. we are ll human and youthful youngsters have no experience 0.5 the time relating to intercourse, this is barely that, no longer making love !

Would be interesting putting a child in adult jail! Usually it does not work that way! They may be charged with an adult offense, but a JD petition is filed!

How can you put a child in jail for something only an adult can be charged with? Juveniles can't be charged for an adult offense if it only applies to an adults action with a minor. Doesn't make sense.
