Are you nervous about the interview? If so, recognize that the sickness is from your nervousness.
I say, show up for the interview and hear them out (assuming it's for a job) and if you're not interested, just tell them. Maybe you'll find out something you didn't know and end up liking it.
If you really are sick (like barfing in the toilet, etc.) but you really want the job, I say suck it up and go to the interview. If the job sucks and you don't want it, then just call the interviewer, tell him or her that you're sick and ask if you can reschedule, but this may indicate to some recruiters that you're not responsible. My brother lost a job at South West Airlines due to his car breaking down on the way to the interview. If you really want the job, just do your best to get there. Tell the interviewer that you're not feeling well, but you came because you're really interested in the opportunity. I think this will show real strength of character. If you puke in the interview, it may even be to your advantage. :)
(P.S. I have a job interview tomorrow too. Good luck.)

Your best bet is to suck it up and make the interview. If you don't make the interview your chances of getting the job are slim because you will be viewed as unreliable. If you are absolutely unable to make the interview then call as early as possible and explain your situation honestly and if they are understanding then that will benefit you in the future if you get the job and are actually sick. If they don't accept your excuse then the chances are good that they wouldn't accept your excuse if you were genuinely sick while working for them.

Is it possible that you are feeling sick because of the interview? If that is the case, you may want to take steps to relax first. If you truly are sick, take something that will mask your symptoms. The last thing a potential employer is looking for is someone who gets sick a lot.

Definately go sick, and tell them you're not feeling very well. Don't just show up all pasty and sweaty and have a bad interview. If you don't show, you leave no impression. If you go, you at least have a shot at having them ask you back to interview well.
AND DON'T SHAKE HANDS IF YOU'RE SICK!! They'll appreciate the courtesy.

Are you just feeling sick or have reason to believe really are sick? See what tomorrow brings, try to make the interview and if you really are sick then call them, explain that you don't want to pass it on if you think it's contagious. If you don't have any reason to suspect it's contagious, go and do the best you can.

DO NOT MISS YOUR INTERVIEW !!!! It's better to go in sick and show that this job means a lot to you ,than to give the impression you'll probably be calling off a lot.

If you don't show up, you are probably out, unless you come up with an illness that won't allow you to drive a car or you are in the emergency room. It would show, that you are not a reliable person. Buy the way, how do you know, how you going to feel tomorrow morning?

You're probably feeling sick because you are nervous.
Buy some pepto bismol
Have some mints
keep cool
Ginger biscuits
And try and relax
If you are that adamant you want to cancel...
phone up and say something important has come up - could you postpone.... it could cost you the job though

I would say: call in and ask for the interviewer; let him/her know your problem, and kindly apologize for the delay, and ask if the interview can be rescheduled?
