What should I write in a thank-you note to my history teacher's wife?

She's quite kind, and bakes the class cupcakes every time exams come around. Other than telling her we appreciate her thoughtfulness, what else could I write in a thank-you note to her? If it's relevant at all, we're a class of 15-year-olds.

I think that's really neat -- the important thing is that you express your thankfulness.

If you want to get cute, you could write a poem to her cupcakes, or make up a fake history of the cupcake, or google around and make a list of Cupcakes in History.

Get everyone to sign, and you're good to go.
