Very rarely does a pom need a c section unless the male was much bigger than the female.

Not sure exactly what you are asking. C-sections are indeed very expensive, sometimes it is necessary. We raise chihuahuas and have had many. The diet doesn't have any affect on whether they will need a c-section or not. Soemtimes the pup is tirned wrong like ot was with our last one. Has the pim had a c-section before? Is that why you think she will need one? I hope she was not bred by a larger dog. Good luck. I hope everything goes okay. You should be feeding her puppy food.

c-sections happen when the pups are positoned incorrectly or too big to pass through the birth canal, nutrition really isn't going to affect that. But she should be on puppy food during pregnancy and nursing so that she gets enough vitamins and calories.

Just a good quality dogfood, you don't want to add any supplements, cause you don't want to increase the size of the puppies.. If you think she might have problems, don't do anything that is going to make them grow bigger than they should before they are born. Just quality dogfood..

Don't know if she can. Poms are very small dogs and the birth canal is often too narrow to allow the pups to pass. check with your vet.
