I have a General Courtmartial conviction and I am wondering if and how I can go about getting it possibly expunged.

I don't think so. You can pay a lot of money to a lawyer who is familiar with the military code of justice, but I think you are stuck..

Depending on the circumstances of the conviction, it might be possible. However, you'd have to prove your innocence, and unless there is some Holy Grail of irrefutable evidence to support your innocence, or a miscarriage of justice on behalf of the prosecutor, the verdict will more than likely stand.

In all honesty, if it were me, I wouldn't be holding my breath for something good to happen (unless the above criteria applied).

Good luck.

Sorry but not in this life.

Civil or Military, a conviction can NEVER be expunged unless you can prove that you were inocent in the first place.

Just take it like a man and move on.

NO.

There is no such thing as a time machine.

All branches of the military make sure you get the correct punishment and discharge for the offences you commit. Your actions earned the charges that you got.
