If a shoplifter is arrested for stealing medicine for his children, then what should happen to illegal aliens?

I dont see the government giving shoplifters free cigarettes and twinkies, so why give those stealing their way into our country....well???...why give them our country?

For glitterb*ch. If Illegals are not criminals, they why are they called "illegals". By definition crimes are something that is in violation of law or in other words "illegal". Because they have comitted crimes by virtue of being illegals they are "criminals". Denial must be so hard for you.

America is a land where rule of law is becoming ignored. The lack of rule of law in Mexico is exactly why that country is the 3rd world nation it is. It is not that they don't have resources or potential; did you know that PEMEX the Mexican state run petroleum company has the 4th largest oil production of any organization in the world? (for one example of resources).

If America continues on its course of politicians and other government bearocrats selectively enforcing laws we will become more like Mexico than Mexico will become like America has been in the past. How can anyone have justice if laws are not enforced the same or if politicians decide what laws they WANT to enforce?

AMEN! Here are some interesting facts that came from the LA Times about illegals:

Nearly 60% of all occupants of HUD properties are illegal.

95% of warrants for murder in Los Angeles are for illegal aliens.

75% of people on the most wanted list in Los Angeles are illegal aliens.

29% of inmates in federal prisons are illegal aliens.

Makes you wonder if Bush wants THOSE people to be citizens, too, doesn't it?

I agree with boss brat.. the guy stealing medicine for his children would probably get a 10000 dollar fine as loretta pointed out when i asked a question similar to this last night...
