me and my friend were playing and he started making fun of me and calling me really bad names.. so it started off fun, but then it got terrible.. i begged him to let me leave and so he wouldnt move from the door, so i got so mad that i hit my living room window. it broke really bad and i didnt realize how bad it was. now the problem is that i want to tell them truth but i dont.. i want to make somethin up like i tripped and fell into it or someone threw a rock at the window. what do you think??i dont want to pay for it but maybe it wont be as bad if i told them something else instead of the truth.no dumb answers plz

I'm not sure what you should say but I think your friend should be the one paying for it. Maybe say you were being silly throwing stuff around and accidentally got the window.

You said it yourself, just tell the truth, now it wont be lovely but you'll feel better and. How people's minds work is they start off telling a good story or excuse, then they change little details without knowing it. Its all psychological stuff, I would just tell the truth and it should work out better than if you went down the liars path and got caught in a web of your own demise.

just tell the truth. They can get as mad as they want but the truth is always respectable. Get ready to cut the grass and take out the trash for a while :) Good luck

Well just make something good up. Not like, some kids outside threw a rock at my window cause then you might get other people in trouble who don't deserve it.

you need to be honest with them from the beginning. it might not be so bad, i would rather my kids tell me the truth than lie to me. No matter what they have done the truth is always easiest because you don't have to tell other lies to cover it up.

you need to talk to your friend and find out why your fun turned so ugly. seems like something is really wrong.

I've had stuff like that happen to me!
Honestly, as much as it's gonna suck...just tell them the truth, it will help you in the long run.

Don't lose their trust by lying. Lying to them will cost you alot more than a broken window.

You should just be honest about what happened. Lying only makes things worse.
