Its her anal glands. They just need to be emptied out more often. You can either do it yourself or take her to the groomers to do it.

All dogs have an anal sacs that must sometimes be expressed. You can do it yourself. I recommend doing it during the bath ( having gloves on too) .
. The anal sacs are located at about the 4 o'clock and 8 o'clock positions if you imagine the area around the rectum to be a clock face. It is usually possible to feel them under the skin at these points when they are full. In some dogs the sacs can be pretty far to the side of the rectum but most are about 1/4th to 1/2 inch to the side. If the glands are pressed against each other by pinching the rectal area together they will usually express. It is hard to get them as empty as the vet can by doing this rectally but most pets tolerate it better so it can be done more frequently. Don't push so hard that you rupture an anal sac, though. That leads to significant problems.
But your vet should have much easier time doing this.

Ok Ive heard this questions on here before but dont worry I wont chastise you for not knowing. Dogs have 2 glands, called anal glands, on either side of the rectum. When a dog gets scared, excited, is relieving itself or with pressure from an outside source ie your fingers, your dog will empty these glands. The secretations are a brown liquid that often smells very rank or fishy. There are a few things you can do about this. Since Bostons are smaller dogs they cannot always empty their glands theirselves so they need you to do it. Prepare a warm moist wash cloth or towel. Raise the dog's tail and locate the anal glands. The glands should be at approximately 5 o'clock and seven o'clock positions in relation to the anal circumference. You will feel the glands as small firm nodules in the perianal area. Place the cloth over the area. Position your thumb on one gland and index finger on the opposite gland. By pressing in and squeezing your fingers toward each other the glands should empty. Wipe the area clean with the cloth. Repeat if necessary. If the discharge is bloody or purulent in appearance there is probably an anal gland infection. If the sacs need to be emptied every few weeks or more, you may opt to have the sacs permanently removed. This procedure is complicated by many local nerves controlling fecal continence, the fact that any change in the local musculature of the anal sphincter area can affect fecal continence, and the fact that with chronic anal sac problems anatomy is distorted. Draining tracts can develop after surgery if the gland is not completely removed. Still, despite these pitfalls anal sac removal is considered a relatievely simple surgery by most board certified surgery specialists. If this procedure is to be done we generally recommend that a specialist (or a veterinarian with extensive experience with anal sacculectomy) perform it. Hope this helps I have no doubt in my mind that it is her anal glands.

How can you expect nice answers when you ask your question this way.. Your boston is leaking from her butthole / rectum / anal area Got it.. Cause you don't feed her a quality diet, she doesn't get enough fibre, and she has impacted anal glands..
She leaks because you over dominate her and her anal glands let go cause she is likely nervous.
She licks fingers and arms because it is a submissive thing to do.. Submissive dogs lick like the alpha dogs.
If you did a little research, Google something, you wouldn't need to worry about the tone of the responses you get.

Sounds to me like she has anal gland problems. Is there a foul (almost fishy) smell to this liquid? Usually that signals an anal gland issue, and if it is leaking... that might mean more than just full anal glands. I'd check with a vet to make sure there aren't issues involving the anal gland which could turn into something bad if not treated soon. (like impaction, abcesses, etc.)

I have a female Boston Terrier, she loves to licks toes & ears!! I think she is just showing affection. As for the brownish liquid, that sounds like an infection or something. If it is from her butt then it may be her food. Like diarrhea? I just don't know about that. I'd hate to think she was in pain. I'd have to say I'd take her to the Vet if it were my dog....

Apart from the fact that you can't seem to manage to ask a question without being rude and condescending - "Got that, people?", you need to consult a vet if your dog has an abnormal discharge. Desexed or not, this is an issue that needs professional advice, not YA guesswork.
Licking is normal. While you allow it, she will do it. Leaking, on the other hand, is NOT normal. See a vet.

Not quite sure. You can try going onto yellowpages.com and looking up a local 24 hour vet and asking them what they think. They may suggest that you bring her in to be looked at or just tell you that you should change her diet. But you won't know unless you make the call.

Yes, I have seen this before in many animals including myself. I had just recently had a wart removed from my eye and the doctor said that I happen to encounter some dancing spanish elephants that I should be prepared for my butt-hole to start leaking chocolate milk. I thought nothing of it because I have been alive for 100 years and I have never seen a elephant dance and speak spanish. As you would guess, as soon as i turned on the T.V. there was a documentary about Fire. That was boring so I turned the channel to the Dancing with the Stars : Elephant Edition on Telemundo. One thing lead to another and my family ended up having chocolate milk for dinner that night.

Weird - definately take her to the vet. And would be most helpful if you took a sample - I know sounds gross, but will make your vet visit easier. Try to get it into a cup of sorts, not a napkin.
How long has she been doing this? It could be anal glands, but that is mostly clear fluid - but very foul smelling.
good luck!!
