Lump next to hip bone?

I was just laying in bed when I came across a lump next to my hip bone. It's fairly large. It's freaking me out because I've felt nauseated lately AND I haven't had regular bathroom visits either. What could thi be and should I go to the doctor asap?

Any unexplained lump warrants a visit to the doctor. There is no way anyone, not even a doctor, can tell you what the lump is without a visual exam and possibly some testing. It could be an enlarged lymph node which still indicates a problem and a visit to the doctor is necessary. It could just be a fatty tumor...but it could be other things as well. Please see your doctor asap.
