ok this guy we went out for a while like 4 months but we broke up and i had a friend asked him to the dance for me as friends and he said he was afraid it might turn into something more but he asked me to dance anyway and him and this other guy were fighting over who could dance with me better and he asked me like five times to dance so of course i did and now he keeps sending me emails and is all flirty but i dont know if he is just being nice but he said that he is glad that he danced with me but i dont know how to take cuz i dont want to get my hopes up and it mean nothing but i dont want to think nothing of it and miss my chance since school is over should i ask him to hang out? and do u think it means something?

Do you like him? If you do, then go ahead with further communication. If you have doubts about him, or - maybe - the situation you are going to get into, you probably should think about something different. Don't be afraid to ask for help of somebody, who knows this situation better than we do. Talk to your best friend. You need help right now - that is out of question!

seems like hes a little jealous there. you should hang out with him in the summer not as lovers but friends maybe.

Yeah, spend the summer with him. He seems a little obsessive, though. If you find someone else, drop him. Just don't spend the summer alone.
