Does anyone know of any free software you can DL online that is similar to photoshop or anything like it?

No. There is no substitute for Photoshop.

You can download GIMP from www.gimp.org. It isn't as powerful as photoshop, and not as good as photoshop, but its a pretty good for a free graphics program. Better than all the other ones atleast, from what I've heard ;)

Photoshop is a huge program and one of the reasons it is so expensive is because it is extremely complicated and takes thousands of hours of programming. Hence, nobody is going to put a freeware rip-off of it that comes anywhere close to Photoshop's level of use and effect.

GIMP is an awesome clone of Photoshop. And its free. if i remember correctly.

theres a free one that is very similar to photoshop and I use it, check out gimpshop.
