My suggestion is to start treating others how you would like to be treated no matter what they are doing. Get out and do something for someone else, without expecting anything in return, that will help you get out of yourself. Make a gratitude list. That will help you get off the pity pot. List the things you are grateful for. If you are having a hard time with that, start with things like, being glad you can see, hear, walk, feel, smell, things like that.....etc that is a good start.

Find God. That is the main thing you are lacking. You have so much fear because you are trying to live and tackle life by yourself. Find God and let Him in on your life and you will find a peace you have never known and can't know anywhere else.

I really feel for you - and I've been on a rough road of can't go home again consequences of moving abroad - you aren't alone there, hence the popular phrase

1. I recently read what biological processes occur when moving and transitioning to completely foreign, new places and even if it is a positive experience can lead to depression because of all the extra nutrients being used and not readily replaced - also depending on the geographical location - there can be unique circumstances that are sometimes only found in high level intelligence reports if at all known about or understood
2. Especially important to understand is that foreign moves are more challenging to the body today then ever before because of our poor nutritional habits
3. Doctors are currently coming together on presenting information about how most illnesses are because of processed food - it's slowly coming out but it's happening
4. Direction? Experiment with Bach Remedies - the plant that targets that chemical processing - they are effective
5. The more nutritious you are, the less direction you will feel need for, you will just have more direction - it's a nice thing to count on in life - and flush the system with hot water - filter it, then boil it, then drink/sip all day like tea, keep it up daily

Depression can be tough, but it doesn't mean all is lost!

Sometimes in situations of high stress you can cry for no reason.

Try taking a B complex-vitamin supplent and make sure you're drinking enough fluids and start going to bed eailier.

Most people are partially dehydrated it can cause many problems.

Organize your life by writing down on paper what you want to do right now and what you expect of your life in a few years.

Don't expect less of your self in the future, becase of how you feel now.

Good Luck!

any sort of depression can be tide over by faith in GOD and sincere prayer.

Your prayer is from your heart. Further You must have to understood the fact that God is present in our heart. This can be realised in meditation. Further we are the creation of our own destiny. As per Hindu sacred religion, we carry all good and bad deeds life after life. There is no end unless we pray for unification of self with the divineliness.
Hence there is always a possible way to complete mergence with God in this life by a simple and wonderful meditation

For a start....stop being so SELF-FOCUSED and SELF-CENTRED!
If you want to cheer yourself up and help yourself,....you need to try helping others and cheering THEM up FIRST!
Ya gotta GIVE (first)....to GET!
If you ain't gett'n noth'n "out" of life.....it's cause you ain't putt'n noth'n "IN"!
"YOU", are getting BACK from life,....."EXACTLY" what you put "IN" or gave!
NOTHING!!!!!!

UNIVERSAL LAW......you "take" out of "anything".....more than "THAT" which you put "IN" !
