You sure have attracted allot of fascist answers here. I have made a list of those members, and copied their comments for examination. Torture has no positive outcomes, NONE: FACT. (maybe this is what they want? Torture is another trigger, another red herring even??) No, there is no distinction between sanctioned and illegal torture. America, the USA, has used torture throughout its history to achieve a multitude of ends; but never, not once, has torture advanced, strengthened or achieved any worthwhile goal. Sadists believe in torture. They erroneously promote it as a means to gain information, when in fact such information is 99.9999999 % worthless. But, it has some value. Its a multifaceted message, which is interpreted using simple filters like: which side are you on? It creates division. It empowers and educates the most brutal elements in human nature to thrive and manifest in many ways. Sadly, the human race is, quite possibly has, run out of time. Within a decade the entire global human population will need a revised psychology, new ways to relate to others, especially foreign nationals. cooperation cannot be some slick, meaningless utterance, it must become a primary value, manifested in real positive actions. We need massive environment restoration projects. Enforceable EPA laws, and a global United Nations EPA, with BIG teeth. We will need to revise our manufacturing priorities, longevity of products, commodities, and we must face the problems of overpopulation, and over-consumption of resources.

Okay. Well I wouldn't exactly call the free ones PRO. If you actually want something pro go for Adobe Photoshop. But for a free program, gimp is pretty good. You can download GIMP from www.gimp.org ;)
