NOT a pharmacist. I want to make the drugs, not distribute them. I'm going to Rutgers School of Engineering next year and I'm only allowed to pursue engineering majors. For Biomedical Engineering, there is a pre-med program. On the website of Chemical Engineering, it says a related occupation would be a pharmacologist. Choosing engineering majors only, what is the path to become a pharmacologist? Thankyou in advance.

Engineering is not the right prereq for pharmacology. The best one would be BioE or ChemE.
The best majors would be pharmacological sciences, chemistry, or biochemistry.
To make it in pharmacology, you'll need a PhD in either medicinal chemistry or pharmacology.
