I was stupid...I held my feelings in over someone I liked and I still have them one year later and my feelings won't die until I know for sure that it this person won't like me back. Should I express my feelings or hold it in until I pass away?

You shouldn't hold back those feelings man. I'm getting a divorce because we both held back so long we ended up hurting each other over and over again. Just try it and if she doesn't feel the same way oh well...at least you tried..
