If i'm contained in the vehicle i'm oftentimes controlling the music. i'm a DJ although so this is basically something i'm used to doing. i'm basically form of to blame of the music no remember the position i'm at. Being a DJ although, i'm oftentimes very thoughtful and play although i imagine people opt to take heed to. although, I rather a lot by no ability take heed to the radio. this is continually an MP3 participant of a few kind (oftentimes a Zune). once back, a administration difficulty. i will't administration what the radio performs. i will administration what the Zune performs.

i say that the driver should be the one controlling the radio if you have a remote to it. If you don't, to be on the safe side just have the passenger control it because it could cause an accident.

The owner of the car.
I hate it when I am in MY car and another person messes up with the CD player, the radio or the Air Conditioner.
I don't do that when I am in somebody else's car.

The driver (usually the man) otherwise, the passenger (usually the woman or the child) has the option to either ride in the trunk or on the rear bumper, or else to walk.

the driver. The driver has complete control of the car, so unless he/she gives the OK then don't touch.

The Driver. The driver is like the captain on a ship. What he/she says goes!

My rule is, if I'm driving then I get to listen to what I want. But it's safer for the passenger to control it in say, heavy traffic.
